Multi-Disciplinary Consultant Team for Residential Scheme at Belmont Road, Grays

Thurrock Council, on behalf of its wholly owned development company Gloriana Thurrock Limited, is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified multi-disciplinary integrated consultant team to support its proposal to develop a new residential scheme on Belmont Road, Grays. A full planning application has been submitted and the consultant team will be required to review this submission, make any amendments as required and then progress the scheme through to completion from RIBA stage 3/4 onwards.
