## Description

The Contractor will undertake a research project entitled Real-time Assessment of Community Transmission \(REACT 1\) - Antigen testing dated 29th May 2020; and REal-time Assessment of Community Transmission 2 \(REACT 2\): Reg\. 14 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 \(PCR2015\) subjects certain R&D services to its Part 2 public procurement rules if the benefits of the R&D services accrue exclusively to the contracting authority for its use in the conduct of its own affairs, and the service provided is wholly remunerated by the contracting authority
