## Description

The Council has procured a consultant who can carry out a combined commercial/property and financial advisory role for the Meridian Water development\. The procurement was undertaken using a framework from the Crown Commercial Services \(CCS\), Estate Professional Services RM3816 Lot 1\. A mini competition was run in accordance with the terms of the Framework\.
