Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea will be embarking on the recommissioning of their Speech and Language Therapy Services for Children and Young People in Education.

Working in close partnership with North West London Clinical Commissioning Group as commissioners of the 0-5 service, we are committed to building excellent whole-system pathways to support children at the non-statutory stages (early intervention), and to providing high-quality therapy to those with Education, Health and Care Plans.

A market sounding questionnaire is available on our procurement portal inviting feedback from providers in the market to outline their level of interest, experience and capacity in relation to this future opportunity.

It should be noted that this is not a guarantee of further competition. The Authority reserves the right, at its own discretion, to withdraw from the process and pursue alternative routes to market for the provision of this service, should it decide to do so.
