Work description
Direct award under CCS framework RM6187 Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3) 3 for the diagnostic review of the organisation, workforce, its readiness and scenarios for future missions. Following work on blue printing current mission one sites, programmes and functions we required continued support to take this work to the next stage.
