Gloucestershire County Council -Advertising & Communications - only open to ESPO Framework 3A Providers

Gloucestershire County Council is running a further competition through the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) Framework Agreement 3A-12 for the Provision of a Public Notices Advertising Service with an inception date of 5th April 2016. This opportunity is only available to those providers on the ESPO Framework Agreement 3A –Advertising & Communications.

To manage the public notices contract and inform the general public in written media for a range of temporary restrictions including public rights of way, highways capital schemes , and street works.
