## Description

Gloucestershire County Council is running a further competition through the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation \(ESPO\) Framework Agreement 3A-12 for the Provision of a Public Notices Advertising Service with an inception date of 5th April 2016\. This opportunity is only available to those providers on the ESPO Framework Agreement 3A –Advertising & Communications\. To manage the public notices contract and inform the general public in written media for a range of temporary restrictions including public rights of way, highways capital schemes , and street works\.
