## Description

Historic England is looking for a contractor to undertake: \(a\) modification to the controls of the lower lift; \(b\) complete replacement of the upper lift\. The contractor will be responsible for: \(a\) the design, development and implementation of all works needed to the meet the stated requirements; \(b\) preparation of fully co-ordinated working drawings, supply and installation of plant and materials, including relocation of existing services and equipment where required; \(c\) testing and setting to work and commissioning in a manner to suit the contract programme; \(d\) provision of handover documents and drawings\. The process must be undertaken with due consideration of the architectural and historical importance of Brooklands\.
