Due to the volume of live roles \(currently circa\. 300 UK wide\) and our direct sourcing strategies going from strength to strength, we are now in a place where the team require further support to fill these roles and future requirements that will support Magnox with our Future Missions\. We understand as a team, and as a business that we need to maintain this volume of recruitment longer term, and therefore it is going to be vital that we have strong and positive relationships with agency partners who can support with recruitment of staff, as and when required\. Magnox Limited is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process for the establishment of a HR Permanent Recruitment Framework Agreement to have a pool of recruitment agencies to support Magnox Resourcing team\.
