Provision of Housing Concierge Services

Thurrock Council is seeking a contractor for the provision of housing concierge services at two main locations within the Borough, comprising Chadwell St Mary High Rise tenanted blocks in Godman Road, Chadwell St Mary and two extra care facilities located at Piggs Corner Sheltered Housing Scheme, Southend Road, Grays. There may also be a requirement for concierge services at other Council sites, either housing or other, during the contract term, however take up of this option will be subject to demand and is not guaranteed in any amount, or at all.
