## Description

As part of Accent's strategic objective to develop more than 2000 new homes over the next 4 years, we want to set up a Legal Services Panel to support our Development and Growth team, legal services providers who can handle all aspects of the purchase of land for the purpose of developing social housing and also the sale of houses, including on the basis of shared ownership\. All Suppliers invited to this opportunity have passed the minimum requirements to the Procurement Hub's Legal Services Dynamic Purchasing System Official Journal of the European Union \("OJEU"\) reference number 2019/S 111-272302\.
