Housing Options Service

Statutory Homeless Service The provider will undertake homelessness assessments & investigations in order to discharge the Council’s statutory duties. This will be provided in line with relevant legislation and statutory guidance. Homeless prevention and housing advice The provider must provide a comprehensive Housing Options and Housing Advice service (across all tenures) and to all residents of Knowsley who access this service. This will include but not be limited to advice relating to downsizing, low cost home ownership and the prospects for, and affordability of, the different options.
