East Hertfordshire District Council are currently seeking quotes for the provision of a disposal agent at Northgate End, Bishops Stortford\. EHDC is looking to procure the services of a property agent to manage the sale of a residential - led mixed use development comprising a four story building with a commercial unit at ground floor level and 15 residential flats arranged over the upper three storeys\. The flats will consist of 6 x one bedroom apartments and 9 x two bedroom apartments\. Of the 15 units, 9 of the units will be for private sale and 6 will be affordable tenures\.
