## Description

Herefordshire Council has commissioned a company to undertake a city-wide strategic review of car parking in order to inform an emerging City Master Plan to ensure adequate and efficient provision is made, and to support the case for bringing forward Council landholdings to the north of the city centre, known as Merton Meadows, to provide much needed affordable residential development\.
