CP1254-15 SDLR Post Construction Environmental Monitoring

The scheme is a new 5.5km dual carriageway road between Penn Inn, Newton Abbot and the Torbay Ring Road at Kerswell Gardens, see Figure 1 in the Ecological Monitoring and Mitigation Plan (EMMS) attached. Planning conditions required the production of an EMMS. Construction phase actions have been undertaken and we now require an ecological consultant to undertake a number of the operational phase monitoring and mitigation actions required.
