## Description

The intention is to contract for 250 Reablement/DH2A hours per week \(Lot 1\.6\) up to the value of £50,000 for a period of 11 weeks from 8th August 2022 as a variation to the existing Framework\. The intention \(depending on market capacity and service needs\) is to appoint one or more providers \(maximum 3\) to deliver this requirement\.
