Work description
Supplier Engagement Process
The University is insitgating a supplier engagement process for a potential future project. Initially, we are simply seeking supplier interest and input to assist the University with the development of tender documentation.
Project Description:
Demolition of an existing building, construction and fit out of a new Student Hub facility (up to 7 floors), with connections into existing buildings (with adjacent spaces in occupation). Project is in Central London, with challenging site access and logistics. Estimated floor area of new build and refurbishment aspects is 6,437m sq
