S30021 Technical Partner for Strategy Unit Strategic Workstreams Programme

A suite of new evidence will be needed to enable the development of both our incremental and more transformational/step-change ambitions and options for our emerging 15-year Strategy and Plan. Initially, we are focussing on twelve topics that were identified as priorities to explore further during the May 2025 Board and Executive Strategy Day. It is envisaged that these 'priority workstreams' will feed into the next Board and Executive Strategy Day in January 2026 and inform "version 1.0" of the 15 Year Strategy and Plan, which is being developed to a similar timescale.
