Healthy Living Centre Principle Works Contractor - The Pentagon Shopping Centre

Medway Council wish to appoint an experience and professional works contractor to undertake the Healthy Living Centre design development and works.

This will be 2 Stage award against a JCT Pre-construction Agreement. Stage 1 will be to work with existing consultants to develop the design and provide an open book cost for the construction works of that design.

Stage 2 will be the award of the construction works themselves. Both elements are subject to review the services directorate management team and the council's Procurement Board.
