## Description

Medway Council wish to appoint an experience and professional works contractor to undertake the Healthy Living Centre design development and works\. This will be 2 Stage award against a JCT Pre-construction Agreement\. Stage 1 will be to work with existing consultants to develop the design and provide an open book cost for the construction works of that design\. Stage 2 will be the award of the construction works themselves\. Both elements are subject to review the services directorate management team and the council's Procurement Board\.
