## Description

PDS has a requirement for Network Support\. The 2 physical offices that PDS support \(Wigan and NPCC\) have physical network infrastructure\. As PDS is predominantly a cloud-based organisation, it has only limited support ability and knowledge for network-based issues\. A contract is required with a support company to provide PDS with additional skills and knowledge in order to be able to support these offices\.
