The Works comprise the following: o Standalone building comprising Classroom, Group Room, Store, Lobby & WC of approximately 58m2 either constructed insitu or built partly off site as a prefabricated unit o Alterations to the existing paving o New drainage o Underground service connections to existing building

Site Visits: As stated in the Employers Requirements - Visits are to take place during Half Term from Monday 18th to Friday 22nd February 2019
