## Description

The Council originally purchased Unit4 Business World software in 2010\. The Council does not require a new financial software system, just support maintenance and updates to the existing system\. Therefore the Council is awarding a 12 month contract to Unit4 under Regulation 32\.2\.b\.ii \(where competition is absent for technical reasons\)
