Home Needs Awards LCSS - Local Welfare Provision Administration System

The Revenues and Benefits Service is responsible for the administration of the Council's Local Welfare Provision; known as the Liverpool Citizens Support Scheme (LCSS). Provision of a system required by the service to administer Local Welfare Provision and fulfil claims to LCSS by individuals and families that are in crisis by facilitating applications for support to get food and basic necessities including gas and electric vouchers (urgent needs) and furniture and household essentials (home needs).
