Christopher Ingold Building 1st Floor Labortaory 129 Alterations

Description

Refurbishment of existing laboratory space at 1st floor, UCL Christopher Ingold Building, 20 Gordon Street, London WC1H 0AJ. Refurbishment works required to the 1st floor of the Christopher Ingold Building in room 129. • The following works will include a contractors design portion; medical gas line instillation. • A list of approved firms to carry out the services installation is included in Appendix C, however it is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure they have sufficient resources to carry out the works over the proposed construction programme. • Normal UCL Permit to works and notice periods will be required to specific works as referred to in Fowler Martin's Specfication / tender Documents. These include but are not limited to shutdown of services and connection to building infrastructure and access to areas outside of the project area. • The works are to include all temporary works, deemed necessary for efficient progression of the works.
