Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy Services-YHG

Description

The Client (YHG) is appointing Pettit Singleton Associates (PSA) to provide M&E services via EN Procure Construction Consultancy Services (Gen4) framework on an Adhoc basis. There is no commitment of spend underneath this contract and any services must be instructed to the Consultant using the format of Schedule 1 within the contract document. Each project will be agreed between YHG and PSA and have its own details agreed and signed off which will include a Brief. The contract is awarded as direct award via EN:PROCURE - Framework for Construction Consultancy services (GEN4) dated 23rd May 2025 with OJEU award reference 2025/S 000-021989 of Lot-4 Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy services as per Client MEAT assessment. The Contract will commence on 1st July 2026 with end date on 30th June 2027 with further extension of 1+1+1 year until 30th June 2030 on sole discretion of the Client-Your Housing group ltd.
