## Description

The National Audit Office is looking to obtain an independent expert view from an organisation with civil engineering expertise to assist us in evaluating the appropriateness of Highways England's methodology and calculations in revaluing the costing rates of specialist structures\. This is to support our 2020-21 audit work\.
