## Description

This contract is for the Provision of Domiciliary Care Services at Appleton Lodge \(Extra Care - Dementia\)\. The Provider will be required to deliver high quality domiciliary care services to the people, with memory problems / dementia, living at Appleton Lodge, Spennymoor\.
