IA3616 Supporting delivery of Health and Wellbeing initiatives with Town and Parish Councils.

SCC is keen to continue to build on the resources and engagement to date, the provider will:

• Provide support to T&PC's targeting geographical areas with low uptake to date • Share case studies and best practice to T&PC's to influence change and practice • Facilitate networks and partnerships between T&PC's and health and wellbeing partners. • Continue to update project advisory board • Create and promote resources and expand those currently available • Deliver communication and campaigns for all T&PC's • Establish greater links alongside Public Health Locality work • Run additional 'How to' guide training • Create a long-term legacy for the programme by ensuring resources are publicly available. The purpose of the scheme is to support T&PCs develop the health and wellbeing agenda in their respective areas and create new initiatives and ways of working. The support on offer is intended to inspire and facilitate activity in new areas and share best practice, making it as easy as possible for those with reduced resources to get more involved in delivering this key agenda.
