Works delivered will be categorised as either 'small scale' or 'large scale' works, which will require completing by the Contractor within the following timeframes: Small Scale Adaptations - 10 working days\. Large Scale Adaptations - 40 working days\. The definition of what types of works are 'small scale and which are 'large scale' is provided in Part 5\. It is imperative that the successful Contractor has sufficient resources and flexibility to facilitate fluctuating demand to ensure the works can be completed within the timeframes specified above\.
