## Description

Bedford Borough Council will shortly be going to tender for a provider of Litter Enforcement Services within Bedford\. The encumbent will be required to provide a small team of enforcement officers to patrol and, where necessary, issue Fixed Penalty Notices under the Environmental Protection Act \(1990\), Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing act 2014 and Clean neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005\. We are currently seeking expressions of interest from suitable suppliers and would like hear examples of successful and innovative practice in this sector\.
