## Description

A contract for the cyclical external decoration and associated essential repairs\. Length of contract for Custom House Court, Penzance and Prospect Place, Penzance: Approximately 2 months’ full completion by the 31st of March 2016\. TBC by contractor\. Length of contract for Bowjey Court, Newlyn and Navy Inn Court, Newlyn: Approximately 2 months, TBC by contractor\. Please note, the roofs of both blocks are to be renewed in early 2016 and the decorating is to be scheduled to commence as soon as the replacement roof is complete\. The roofing contractor will arrange the scaffolding, which will be designed for both the roof works and decoration works\.
