## Description

The Authority is seeking a single provider to provide a range of services for Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service \(NFRS\) which include: • External independent investigations of grievance, standard, complex or sensitive cases as defined within the service policies and National Joint Council \(NJC\) terms and conditions \(Green, Grey and Gold book\) • Where required investigations into standard cases or complaints • Review of historic cases, policies, and quality assurance of internal investigations\. • Bespoke training services for in-house investigators \(including refresher training\)\. • Option to provide an independent panel member to attend and provide input from an independent perspective to NFRS misconduct panel\. The contract will be for 1 year with the option to extend by a further 1 year\.
