## Description

To provide Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy to represent and support eligible people under legislative requirements of Mental Capacity Act 2005 and to include legal protection for those vulnerable people who are or may become deprived of their liberty according to Article 5 of European Court of Human Rights\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
