## Description

Durham County Council Contract for Regulation 44 Visits 1\. To undertake monthly Regulation 44 Visits to 9 children's homes\. 2\. To undertake monthly Regulation 44 Visits to 4 secure homes and 1 secure education service \(which will be visited in line with the service specification\)\. 3\. To produce a written report following each visit and to submit all reports in line with agreed timescales to DCC for submission to OFSTED and Corporate Parenting Panel\.
