Main Contractor for the delivery of a new Business School and Growth Hub (overall size range of 4 750 to 5 750 m2 GIA) at the Oxstalls Campus including associated car park creation, hard/soft landscaping and highway amendments. To be delivered via a 2 stage tender under an amended JCT Design and Build Contract.
