## Description

To design and deliver a serious violence problem solving learning programme \(SVPSLP\) \. The aim of the SVPSLA is to deliver: o practical 'real life' training and development for analysts which will be tailored to their current capabilities and force capacity\. o support for local officers and leaders who would need to implement hot spot interventions for serious violence\. o inputs on the problem solving and serious violence evidence base\. tailored implementation and support to help walk forces through each stage in the SARA \(scanning, analysis, response, assessment\) problem-solving approach, resulting in the delivery of a range of interventions in priority hot spot areas\.
