3. Description of Call-offA call-off from Lot 1 of the Generation 5 Civil Engineering, Highways & Transportation Collaborative Framework 2024 - 2028 (award notice published 01 February 2024).

Construction of a tighter junction on Bridge Road junction with Havant Road (A259) such that at its widest point it is 14m wide with a 4m radius on both sides. The works will include replacing the existing footway kerblines (total length 59m) on both sides of the road and 3 new gullies (2 of which are to be connected to a culvert and 1 to a manhole). Tactile paving slabs are to be installed on both sides of the tightened junction.

The works also include the widening of a footway outside 167 - 187 Victoria Road to 2m (total length 50m)
