Homeless Prevention & Resettlement Floating Support Service

Provision of a "Floating" (or visiting) support Service that assists people living in their own accommodation in the community.\r \r The Service will assist people to remain living independently in their own home and will help to prevent people becoming homeless by either resolving a housing crisis; or ensuring that one doesn't develop.\r \r In addition to people struggling to sustain their accommodation, the Service will provide support to people who have previously been homeless and lived in supported accommodation such as a hostel and who will be moving in to their own flat or house within the community. The Service can support up to 150 people at any time.
