## Description

The Trust currently has a requirement for the maintenance of air handling units to ensure the safe and efficient operation of air handling units\. The Contractor shall carry out the work to all British Standard Mandatory and Statutory Regulations to include the guidelines of HTM -03\. The Contractor shall provide labour, materials, management and all necessary technical resources to carry out the Planned Maintenance Programme, in accordance with the schedule provided\.
