New Office and Welfare Building, Ainley Depot, Elland

The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a Tender for the construction of a new office and welfare building at the Ainley depot site in Elland. This is to replace a previous prefabricated single storey and now demolished building, with modern two storey accommodation. The works include associated external works around the building as detailed in the attached plans and documents. Please note that contract award is subject to an internal budget approval. An accompanied site visit is a condition to tender with dates and time slots advertised via the Messaging portal.
