## Description

Homes England required to appoint a Monitoring Surveying Firm \(MS\) from it's Development Monitoring and Management Services panel\. The appointed MS is Ward Williams Associates\. Their work will include providing initial due diligence and ongoing monitoring of the residential development works\.
