Preventative and early intervention- Secondary school based service

Description

Preventative and early intervention secondary school based service, providing 1:1 assessment and counselling to pupils with low level emotional health and well-being needs. This service will provide a prevention and early intervention focused counselling service for young people who are experiencing mild to moderate emotional wellbeing problems. Young people access the service via school referral, and will be assessed for mental health and wellbeing needs on initial access. Schools will determine which pupils are referred. The service will operate on-site during term time with additional provision in the school holiday's.
