The Service, Maintenance & Repair of Door Entry & Access Control Systems

Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) currently manages and maintains the Door Entry & Access Control Systems including Automatic Doors & Gates corporate buildings at various locations across the borough as indicated in the Asset Lists in the tender pack. The London Borough of Hillingdon wishes to appoint an experienced service provider for the servicing and maintenance of the Pedestrian & Vehicle Access Control Systems, Automatic Gates, Doors, Shutters and Barriers ensuring compliance with all relevant industry, manufacturers and safety standards The Council intends to award a contract for these services for a period of up to three (3) years with an option to extend for up to a further one (1) plus one (1) years subject to agreement and satisfactory performance. The contract is to include Hillingdon Council's housing stock of over 11,000 properties covering General Needs Housing, Sheltered Housing, Supported Housing and Corporate sites. - Repairs of Door Entry & Access Control Systems and associated works as detailed in the Asset Lists. The contractor will be responsible for their identification and the inclusion. - Service, Maintenance & Repairs of Automatic Pedestrian Doors & Gates as detailed in Asset lists. The contractor will be responsible for their identification and the inclusion. The proposed contract will be based upon the pricing schedule as shown in the tender pack and includes for the following; TAB A - Housing & Corporate Call Outs & Repairs for Door Entry, Access Control, Automatic Doors and Gates. TAB B - Housing Annual Servicing Schedule Automatic Doors & Gates TAB C - Corporate Annual Servicing Schedule Automatic Doors & Gates TAB D - Schedule of Rates TAB E - Daywork Rates TAB F - Materials Markup % Additional information: The London Borough of Hillingdon is not seeking expressions of interest in this project as this is an award notice.
