## Description

The Council are seeking to procure a services contract \(the "Contract"\) to provide a Independent Investment Adviser for WRIF and WPDG \(The Councils Non-Treasury Investments\)\. This Contract is up to 2 Years initially, with the option to extend for further period\(s\) up to, but not exceeding a further, 24-months\. Maximum contract duration 4 years being the maximum term\. The decision as to whether to extend the Contract will be at the discretion of the Council\. Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system \(In-Tend\) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest\.
