Description

Solution to share electronic board materials (packs) which must be accessible externally over the internet on a variety of devices (Apple and Android tablets). The system must be capable of handling 'Official' level documents with appropriate IT and policy based controls and the following: •Provide a secure portal to share board packs over the internet •Must have support for common document format and the ability to create, read and edit documents •Must be accessible on Android, Apple and Windows devices •Must have the ability to email •Must have a sufficiently high attachment capacity •Must allow personal annotations on documents •Must allow shared annotations on documents •Must allow the ability to be administered internally by the Corporate Secretary •35 licences Scope of contract to allow increase of up to 50 user licences per annum.
