Roofing and associated items at HA7 and HA8 2024-25

Description

The purpose of the project is to renew pitch roofs to 31 street properties across London Borough of Harrow. The pitch roof coverings and their associated rainwater goods have reached the end of their service life and are no longer economical to repair. These in their current condition require renewal to make them weatherproof and prevent water ingress and damage to properties below. The works will involve: • Replacing the water membrane • Repair any decking where required. • New rainwater goods (Guttering/ Downpipes) • Renew Fascia/soffits. • New fascia boards • Repairing damaged Soil Pipes on roofs • Asbestos removal to impacted high level elements where required. • Renewing Loft insulation
