## Description

Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew \('RBG Kew'\) is looking to appoint an executive search agency with significant experience of the scientific research and commercial science sectors\. We will require the agency to be able to provide a selection of high calibre candidates to head our Commercial Innovation Unit \('CIU'\)\. Building on RBG Kew's unique plant-based expertise and reputation for innovation, the CIU undertake commercially funded scientific work and commercialisation where appropriate, of RBG Kew's scientific expertise and IP\.
