FORMER JOHN LEWIS ASBESTOS REMOVAL

Description

The project is located within the former John Lewis building, which is situated in a prominent location in the centre of Sheffield and is currently unoccupied. Asbestos has been identified throughout this large site, which will need to be eliminated prior to the development of plans for the future use of the building and site. The Contractor will remove all asbestos containing material, including any associated soft strip of interior fixtures and fittings required to access areas where asbestos is to be removed. The Contractor will clean and dispose of all dust and debris from those areas affected by the works. Clearance certificates will be provided upon completion of the works to confirm that the building is clear of Asbestos.
