Consultancy support - LEVI application\. Support breakdown: Workshop preparation and delivery, analysis of Heads of Terms elements, write up procurement specification\. LEVI application - review of CPO feedback from the request for information, engagement with CPOs, OLEV and their advisors, TVCA constituent authorities and other stakeholders, review of other sources of evidence pertinent to the completion of the LEVI application form, engagement with the Distribution Network Operator \(DNO\) Northern Powergrid and completion of the LEVI application form\.
